Change of mind returns- We accept all returns as long as : - It is lodged within 7 days of delivery - It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories - The Box/Packaging is unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition.
To keep our prices to a minimum, do bear in mind that all postage charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We will then give a full refund of purchase price.

Please note that certain items such as rods, large accessory items, aqua gear and clothing are excluded and cannot be returned.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us to verify it is eligible. All items returned items must be in sellable condition ( unopened, unused and in their original packaging, with all additional material present ).

If an item is deemed unsellable, the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs of returning the item back to them. How long does our warranty last? - All Buy Now items sold by Kamikaze on eBay come with our standard 6 Month Warranty.

For all Auction items purchased on eBay the warranty is 30 Days. If the product is damaged or not working properly. What do I do? Occasionally, the product you receive may have been damaged in transit, is not working properly, or may have a missing part. When that happens, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours on 03 90777254 or via email sales@kamikazefishingandcamping.com

We will pay for the postage of the broken item back to us and we will send you a brand new replacement. You will need to call us first to arrange delivery to ensure the safe return of your item. We will require proof of damage i.e photo via email. The product isn't the same as what was shown on the website.

What do I do? In rare circumstances, product descriptions may be slightly inaccurate due to new models being released or features being added or removed. If you receive a product from us that is not as described on the website, please contact our customer service team on 03 90777254.

We will gladly accept your return. We pay for postage of the product back to us and then offer you a full refund. What is NOT covered by our warranty? Situations in which our standard warranty DOES NOT apply: - RODS - Due to the nature of the material, carbon fibre / graphite rods have sensitive tips and must be treated as such. No refund / replacement will be given if a rod was used incorrectly and broken. Instances of incorrect usage include: "high sticking" ( pointing the rod straight up so that only the tip bends or bringing the rod past a 90° angle with the ground ), pulling back on snagged line, overtightening reel seats, pulling on the tip with excessive force, etc.

No refund / replacement will be given if any unauthorised repairs were done to the product - No refund / replacement will be given if there's a fault caused by misuse or normal wear and tear - No refund / replacement will be given if we are not contacted within the timeframes specified above.
